The “College of Agriculture & Natural Resources” (UTCAN) on behalf of “University of Tehran” intends to develop:
“SMART VILLAGE FOR TOURISM & HEALTH” project willing to be developed in 3 fields:
First Field: 3 Hectares
Second Field: 0.5 Hectares
Third Field:8000 Hectares Hyrcanian Forests
And is located some 140 KM from Tehran (capital city of Iran) beside Caspian Sea in Mazandaran province city of Nowshahr.
“UTCAN” has awarded the mentioned B.O.O.T project to the “INGP Holding” The contract comprises the BUILD, OWNED, EXCULSIVLY OPERATE and TRANSFER by “INGP Holding”
The project will be performed under supervision by highly qualified project team in accordance with international standards and project specifications
