Company "ANEGA-DRILLING" LLC is set up in June, 2006 at the initiative of group of scientific and industrial workers of research institute "BashNIPIneft" and JSC "ANK" Bashneft" for the purpose of creation of the effective service enterprise on the basis of a wide experience and the scientific achievements got for years of work in joint-stock oil company "Bashneft".
The main role in company formation belongs to group of the geophysical companies led by JSC "Bashneftegeofisika", united in "ANEGA-HOLDING".
Today "ANEGA-DRILLING" this versatile service enterprise which along with construction and work out of oil and gas wells of all purposes, works out new facilities and technologies and renders service on formulation, delivery of chemical reagents and services in preparation, service, support and control on parameters of drilling fluids, provides engineering and technical support to process of drilling with usage of TV systems with hydraulic and cable communication channels, to manufacture, delivery and installation of wedges and "liner hanger" at sidetracking and drilling of downhole splitters, to work out, manufacture and delivery of chemical reagents, engineering support bottom hole treatment of operating wells, create design documents for development of oil fields, etc.
The Company unites scientific and technical sections, industrial departments and services, laboratories, test sites, chemical manufacture, trial manufacture of the drilling equipment etc.
"ANEGA-DRILLING" LLC has two expeditions in its structure - Nizhnevartovsk and Usinsk with 5th drilling teams and 1team for rig-up operations, fitted with the equipment created under individual projects of "ANEGA-DRILLING" LLC and with the industrial characteristics exceeding similar equipment, used by other companies at performance of similar works. "ANEGA-DRILLING" LLC has in its property the industrial service base in Nizhnevartovsk which settles down in territory of 2,5thousand sq.km. and incorporates industrial warehouses, hire and repair shops, and also a housing estate.
"ANEGA-DRILLING" LLC gives particular attention to perfection of methods of works performance and rendering of services, investing as into carrying out of scientific researches on lines of activity of groups and "ANEGA-DRILLING" laboratories, and into increasing of professional qualification of company employees.
