In 26 February 2018, top managers of INGP, Bashneftgas Overseas and RS Oil Technologies companies arrived Kurdistan Province and had a meeting with governor, economic deputy of governor, manager of mining, trade and industry, manager of economics of the province and other related governmental managers of Kurdestan. The parties negotiated and agreed on economic and commercial cooperation, and investment of Russian group in prioritized industrial projects of the province with maximum collaboration of local companies and human resources of Kurdestan. Furthermore, the parties agreed on technology transfer in the projects. Bashneftgas Overseas Company has already started a project for construction of a factory for production of Nano-Compound Polymers in Kurdestan province.
